​Registration​

​Students can register at Maverick at any time during the school year. An interview is conducted with the student and their parent or another significant adult in their life. At the interview we learn about the student and the student and parent learn about Maverick. It is important that both the school and the student agree that Maverick is a "fit" for them educationally and socially. 

If you are interested in registering with Maverick you will need to fill out Maverick's "New Student Initial Contact Form". There are two options for this form that can be found below.  Option one is a printable PDF form that you can download and print to fill out by hand, once this form is complete it can be returned to Maverick by mail, fax, email, or bringing it in personally. Option two is a Microsoft Word form that you can download and has fields for you to fill in on your computer, you can then save this form and e-mail it to Maverick or you can print it off and bring it in to Maverick.
