fThe Transportation Request Form, linked below, has been developed by Chinook Transportation Department and is required for all bussing amendments (pick up and drop off). Please print it off, complete it and return it to: Chinook Education Centre, Box 1809, Swift Current, Sask. S9H 4J8, or email to centennial_school@chinooksd.ca, Or families may wish to return it to École Centennial and we will forward it to CEC.
Ecole Centennial Transportation Policy
- Students who leave FI must return to their catchment school. They are allowed to continue attending ÉCS in the English program. It they live out of catchment parents are responsible for transporting them to ÉCS.
- Students who have been attending ÉCS and been transported from a daycare in the ÉCS catchment may continue to attend ÉCS after Grade 5. If they remain at the daycare they will receive transportation from the daycare until Grade 8. If they are not longer attending daycare in the ÉCS catchment and live out of catchment, they can continue to attend ÉCS but parents are responsible for transporting them to ÉCS.
