Day 6

TODAY AT IRWIN: 

• Happy Birthday Kate Halpenny

• Ice Hut today for Grades 7 and 8 students. 

• Intermediate boys will have a short meeting at 11:35 today. Please meet in the foyer right at the bell.

• Senior Girls Volleyball team will have practice this evening from 5:00pm - 7:00pm and on Friday after school from 3:30 - 5:00pm 

• Senior Boys Volleyball practice schedule this week will be as follows:

• Today after school

• Thursday from 5 - 7 pm

• School Pictures for Ms McWillie’s Kindergarten class through to Grade 8 will be tomorrow.

• School Pictures on Friday for Mrs. Robson’s Kindergarten class and for anyone that can’t make it on Thursday

Terry Fox Information:

• Our Terry Fox Run event will take place Friday, October 4th. 

• This Friday is Toonies for Terry Hat day- bring a toonie or cash donation and wear your hat for the day. 

• T-Shirt orders are due this Friday. Please complete the Google Form that was sent to families, and bring payment to your homeroom teacher.     No late orders will be accepted.     

• Family Movie Night is Thursday, Sept 26th, with pre-order forms for snacks due this Friday. 

• Our fundraising goal this year is to meet or beat last year's total of $9424.83. If we do, our school will earn a dance party with DJ Darby! 

• If we reach our $10,000 goal, Mr. Darby will dye his hair, and the top fundraising class gets to choose what color!

• Our Top Fundraiser in the school will get to be Principal for the Day, and Mr. Kohlman will have to be a student for the day. Be sure to set up your fundraising page on our website at www.schools.terryfox.ca/omirwin
