My name is Bill Reil, and I am running for a position on the Chinook School Board. 

10 years working in security at Swift Current Comprehensive High School has provided me with valuable insights into the daily lives of students and the challenges they face. My role has allowed me to observe student interactions closely, giving me a unique perspective on their needs and the solutions required to support them. 

Practical, common-sense solutions address problems directly and efficiently. My primary focus will be on tackling bullying and ensuring students have the foundational tools to succeed in literacy and mathematics. I am committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every student feels supported and empowered to succeed. Our children must be taught to think independently while also respecting rules and one another.
